More Madrid photos

Here is a rather random collection of photos that we've taken in Madrid over the past week or so.

The Puerta de Alcalá. This is an intersection that we end up having to cross a lot. It's insanely busy, but it's a pretty sight while waiting, so we don't mind.

A (not very good) picture of most of our group eating traditional churros and chocolate. The churros are not so sweet and the chocolate is as thick as melted chocolate bars. Delish.

A guy playing a didgeridoo. Josh has told me about this instrument, but I've never heard it played. It sounds really amazing.

Josh was searching and searching for a certain CD in Madrid. We tried this record shop to no avail, but it was cool nonetheless.
Neither did he find it here (FNAC). But Josh was still in heaven. Five (or six?) stories of media? Josh in heaven indeed.

This street--Gran Villa--is really fun to walk down. Pretty buildings, fun shops, etc.

This is the train station that we arrive in every time we go into Madrid. It's just as pretty outside as in.

And there are turtles in it!
