Name change

Considering that it's been a month now and Josh hasn't contributed anything directly to this blog, I decided the title "Josh and Rachel" was false advertising. Rachel (and Josh) more accurately represents the contents of this page: lots of random Rachel thoughts (that are sometimes about Josh).
