I haven't experienced a quiet April yet. For seven long years, it was filled with finals and/or final grading.
Last year, I was only three-fourths through my list of things to do before the baby came when the baby came.
And this year I only have 9 days left to finish first-birthday-party planning, packing, and a hundred other things!
May is always a nice relief.
