Netherlands

A canal in Delft. When these freeze over, Dutch children exit their doors and walk straight onto the ice in their skates. Sounds fun, right?

Rotterdam was largely destroyed in WWII, so much of it has been rebuilt in a modern style, most notably captured in these famous apartment buildings.

A cute lady in Rotterdam.

Though sometimes they have to live with broken sunglasses . . .

The Hague has a fun beach resort feeling combined with Dutch winds.

And a great lighthouse.

I think the sign behind me means to say: "Like everyone else, the artist has to live."
